  • Exactly! And the thing that seems so frustrating about this case is that several really good facilities that would be perfect for him. It would serve the needs of society and this young man. Prision is a sentence of torture for him. I am certain of that.

  • Great points Len! I am trying to get the trial transcripts right now. They are matter of public record. I am hopeful that the appeal will have numerous advocacy organizations write briefs on the behalf of the defense.

  • As the adopted mother of a son that has a 65 IQ who is getting ready to turn 18, I am frightened every day thinking about what can happen to him. He WILL NEVER understand the consequences of what he may consider innocent actions.

  • First, thank you for all your hard work! I've been phone banking in New Mexico and it's the grass roots that is truly driving this "thing". I've been active in dozens of campaigns and this is the first one on a national level I feel as if my activity makes a difference.
